About Peta

Born in Jamaica in the early 1980s, and raised in various St. Andrew suburbs (yea...we moved a lot), drawing was one of the few things that came easily to me from an early age. I grew up being entertained by a healthy mix of books and animated cartoons (no video games, though), and with pencils, papers, and crayons within very easy reach.

After a few educational detours, I finally got my head in gear and studied illustration and graphic design at Edna Manley College School of Visual Arts in Kingston, Jamaica. A long and hard battle later, I graduated in November 2012 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Visual Communications.

I'm now living the dream, so to speak: illustrating various projects for clients, and developing products of my very own. For me, there's nothing better than doing what I love the most, and I look forward to doing so for many more years to come.
